NEW FOR SERIOUS BALLET STUDENTS: Sunday, Aug 5th, internationally renowned YAGP Founders/Directors Larissa and Gennadi Saveliev are making a super-exclusive visit to TDC to commemorate the unusual work we have done in just 10 short years in building a public dance and theater complex for all ages, while simultaneously growing one of the top pre-professional programs

for children 8-18 that exists in the world today! The husband/wife team will be teaching and spending 1-on-1 time with all YAGP 2019 hopefuls, no matter what school they attend.

$125 for one-hour center Ballet class + personalized feedback including recommendation on choice of variation for 2019.

Space is limited. Early registration is encouraged.

Details for Attendees:
Dancers should be prepared to show 20 seconds of any Contemporary solo or Classical variation (on pointe for ages 12-18, half pointe only for ages 8-11). This can be a solo from the past, or one under consideration for 2019. If you do not have a variation, please do a short combination showing your strength (adagio, petit allegro or grand allegro). Please have music on your phone, cued to where you will start.

All students should arrive to warm up between 9-9:15 a.m. Dancers should be thoroughly warm by 9:55 a.m. An elective group warm up barre will be given by TDC Faculty free of charge at 9:20-9:50 a.m.

Nilas Martins is a­ former principal dancer with the New York City Ballet and is a renowned Repetiteur for the George Balanchine Trust who stages ballets for companies and schools domestically and internationally. Mr. Martins will present an Advanced Ballet Masterclass at The Dallas Conservatory.
