Anna Carroll

Voice | Audition Prep | Acting

Anna (ah-nah, like the Frozen princess) has been teaching private voice lessons and audition prep for eleven years. Anna received her BFA in musical theatre from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. She also spent time at the Stella Adler Conservatory in New York City, where she received certificates for acting (Summer Conservatory) and original work (Actor Warrior Program). She furthered her education still with a certification in interactive theatre performance.

Anna has performed nationally in various musical theatre roles, her own personal written work, and currently, as a vocalist in a band. Some of her favorite roles have been Ellie Blake (Freaky Friday), Naomi (Stolen, orig. cast recording), Pearl (Spongebob the Musical), and Sister Mary Patrick (Sister Act).

She has also spent time on the land and sea, cruising with the American Empress (AQSC), and touring with the Missoula Children’s Theatre, Madcap Puppets, and Epic Assemblies (an original works arts troupe).

Anna’s original work and music has been featured in the Tennessee Women’s Theatre Project’s annual “Women’s Work Festival.” Not only that, Anna has been able to perform many of her original works at a national level, in addition to local events in Nashville and NYC.

She is a featured vocalist on various recordings, and recently released her own single “Ask My Name (Reimagined),” now available on all streaming platforms. Feel free to listen HERE.

Anna is now offering private voice lessons and audition prep coaching: Frisco Campus Tuesdays 9am-8pm, and Wednesdays 9am-6:30pm. Ages: 8 and up.
