ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
GEORGE BIRKADZE
Mr. Birkadze specializes in all areas of classical dance and choreography. He is highly regarded for his coaching of both female and male advanced students, his pupils continue to seek his guidance as they join the most prestigious companies and schools around the world. Hailing from one of the world’s greatest schools and having danced around all the world, Mr. Birkadze is undoubtedly a fountain of knowledge. His passion and dedication for dance, art, and history is nothing short of inspiring.
This program, curated by Mr. Birkadze, is designed to best prepare advanced students to successfully enter life in a professional company. The environment is designed to help artists thrive as they prepare for this big step in their careers, emphasizing strong classical technique, performance opportunities, versatility, and developing individual artistry.

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
ASHLEY ELLIS
American Ballerina, Ashley Ellis stepped down as Principal Dancer of Boston Ballet in May of 2021, to take on the role of Associate Director of the Classical Training Program at TDC. She will be passing on an abundance of rich knowledge from her time dancing on stages around the world, working with some of the world’s most prominent choreographers, and working alongside internationally acclaimed dancers. Ms. Ellis holds a wealth of artistic insight and experience which will be of great value to future generations.
Joining husband and Artistic Director of the program, George Birkadze, Ms. Ellis will teach and coach dancers to prepare them as versatile artists who have an impact in the world of dance.

The Dallas Conservatory Frisco is located at 6106 Frisco Square Blvd in downtown Frisco Square. This State-of-the-art facility hosts 9 studios, all of which inspire with beautiful architectural designs, high ceilings, and abundance of natural light. This location is also the home of both of TDC’s professional programs, Classical Training Program and Commercial Program.
The Dallas Conservatory Frisco is one of TDC’s three thriving locations in the Dallas area, each location offering renowned world-class training and performance programs.
